What are you interested in? What are your future plans? Have you ever wondered how you can get involved in something extracurricular? Do you want to have something extra to offer colleges or employers that will make your application stand out? There are several options for you this year:
Attend Student Administrative Council Business Meetings
The Student Administrative Council is North’s student government this year. Come to one of our business meetings to learn more about student leadership, getting involved, and to be involved in helping us create a student government able to listen to your concerns. Business Meetings will be held in the Green Room (next to the coffee stand) on:
- Tuesday, April 8 from 12PM – 1PM
- Tuesday, April 29 from 1PM – 1:30PM
- Wednesday, May 14 from 2PM – 3PM
- Thursday, May 29 from 12PM – 1PM
Start or Join a Club!
Several clubs already exist on campus, and more are just waiting for student interest to create them! Contact student leadership for more information on creating a club, or see the Club Lists posted on bulletin boards by the cafeteria or Tully’s for contact info on clubs that are meeting.
Join a Campus Committee!
There are over 50 committees on NSCC’s campus, and they make decisions that affect students. Several are offering seats to students. If you’re interested in having your voice heard, and gaining valuable business experience, contact us!
