Facilities and Plant Operations will be clearing out lockers on campus on Monday, Aug. 23rd, 2010.  Here is the text of an email sent out earlier this month:

“REMINDER!!!!  On August 23 Facilities Department staff empties out lockers.  Please anticipate this by emptying out yours and keeping your locks off until this process is completed.  Any locks on lockers on that date will be cut off and contents placed in a box in storage for a period of 6 months.  Then it is discarded.

How/What do you hope to contribute to the student body?

  I will work hard to on following Key project management responsibilities:

 ”creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for projects, which are cost, time, and quality.”

What do you most desire to see change or grow at North?

 I hope we can make a difference for students in north Seattle Community College through our effort. Students will more involve in decision making related to their academic life. Also, more detail information that student should know about NSCC  will shared with them.

Personal statement:I am positive and driven one. I believe we can did something difference through our effort.

Goals for your position:

I hope to make this experience fun, but also benificial to all of those who are involved.  My goal is to make the SAC a place where people can go to learn about campus initiatives and issues, and at the same time, be involved in making important decisions.

How/What do you hope to contribute to the student body?

I hope to bring awareness to the student body of the SAC as well as establish strong and supportive relationships with my team as well as my fellow students.

What do you most desire to see change or grow at North?

I hope to see the awareness of clubs, resources, and opportunity potential and participation grow among students.

Personal statement:

I am an outgoing and friendly person and I am very excited to be here! I enjoy spending time with my kids and also love to be outdoors!  I am looking forward to a wonderful year!

Goals for your position:

To leverage technology in the service of communication and transparency of information. Namely, keeping the students  informed of relevant activity within the administration faculty and staff. As well as advocating to these groups the needs, concerns and opinions of the student body.

How/What do you hope to contribute to the student body?

I hope to accomplish the work of my SAC position with stunning success.

What do you most desire to see change or grow at North?

A sweeping increase in student awareness of services and events, and enthusiastic participation therein.

Personal statement:

In my position as one of the Student Administrative Council’s Technology and Web Administrator (whew that was a lot a caps) I plan to master and utilize a plethora of advanced technologies to further the goals and strategies of SAC and thereby the entire student body.

The massive importance of my job cannot be overstated. Keeping abreast of new technologies and leveraging them to our advantage is vital for the current and future success of SAC. I am here to ensure that we are at the forefront of this race.

They perform at commencement every year – be sure to hear their concert, too!

North is the only college in the district with a symphonic band – we’re also lucky to have them!

All concerts take place in LB 1142 (Concert Hall)
Admission is Free (donations accepted)
