How to Form a Club
1. Complete the New Club Application Form and Club Membership Roster Form.
2. Recruit a minimum of 15 currently enrolled students taking a minimum of three credits at North Seattle Community College. List these students on the Charter Membership Roster contained in this packet. (Please note that we do not allow clubs to charge a membership fee.)
3. Select an NSCC faculty or staff advisor. The advisor acts as a liaison to other clubs, staff, and faculty and will assist your club planning, decision-making and teamwork.
4. Return completed packet to Janet Hoppe-Leonard located in the Student Leadership & Multicultural Programs office area.
5. Once the packet has been reviewed and approved your club will be given a budget of $500 and will be given access to department resources.
6. Review the Club Handbook for guidance around policies and procedures.
