Discussed and revised UTF bylaws

David requested 10 digital cameras with replaceable AA batteries, he also requested 10 elmo’s.  David is requesting this comes out of General Fund because he missed the UTF request period.

10 cameras for students to check out, to be kept at circulation desk. Currently there are five, maybe one disappears each year. Total for cameras, $1750. Would rather not buy chargers because they may go missing.
10 elmos roughly $600 each.
Previous funding for 20 from UTF funds and 12 from Media Services budget and 10 from an unmet needs funds.
The question of how do you know that elmos are shared fairly was asked.
By putting them in classrooms which are being used the most was the answer. Currently ESL and Watch Technology and Humanities divisions use them the most.

Fee Board also discussed plans for next year, who is coming back, whether we can join SAC again, etc.

Sabina discussed the Fee Board lack of cabinet reports for February, and ways to find motivation for completing the reports; whether it’s discipline or incentives.
