Start time: 2:00pm
End time: 4:00pm

Vasquez, Matthew Lord, Janet Hoppe-Leonard
Visitors: Marci Myer, Roy Flores, other students and staff
This was the first of what will be many public meetings held in the Green Room by the Student Administrative Council. This meeting was designed to be an information sharing session in which we as council members could share some of the things that we have been doing to enhance student life here on campus. We went over some reports ranging from our schools current security protocols to the results of a survey taken at the Welcome Barbeque. We discussed how to sell and buy books on our new Online Book Exchange and how to navigate our wonderful website. We received some feedback from the students during the question and answer portion of the meeting and successfully communicated to students how they might get involved in campus business and activities. The meeting went very well and we are all proud to have reached this milestone.
